Your Sales Executive

The role of a Sales Executive at Marquis Jet goes well beyond helping you choose the best program and aircraft type for your needs. Marquis Jet and NetJets have more face-to-face interactions with our Card Owners and a wealth of local market knowledge to call upon to serve you. Your Sales Executive is always available to you as a resource, be it for an urgent travel situation, a local market recommendation or to keep you abreast of the many unique events and experiences Marquis Jet offers our Card Owners. Your Sales Executive is also ready to work with you as your private aviation needs change.

Your Account Manager

Your Account Manager works in tandem with your Sales Executive to provide you with the best possible service. He/She is also available to you at all times as a resource regarding all aspects of the Marquis Jet Card program. When you first become a Card Owner, Your Account Manager will take you through the "Welcome Call" and create your personal profile, which will familiarize us with your travel preferences, including onboard food and entertainment wishes and knowledge of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs you may have. Your account profile includes not only your preferences but also those of your family members, colleagues or other frequent travel companions.

Your Owner Services

Located in the NetJets Flight Center in Columbus, Ohio, the Owner Services Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Team is dedicated to working with NetJets to deliver the best travel experience possible, beginning with taking and updating your reservations. From your child’s favorite movie to your client’s favorite red wine, Owner Services will work with you to ensure that your travel plans are fully attended to, that your in-flight experience is maximized and that your aircraft is always tailored to suit your needs and desires.
