MARQUIS JET CARDSM NAMED ‘BEST JET CARD PROGRAM’ FOR THE FIFTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR BY ROBB REPORT
June 04, 2008 – New York, NY – Marquis JetSM , the leader in private jet cards, was recognized for the fifth consecutive year as the "Best Jet Card Program: Fractional" by Robb Report in its 20th annual June “Best of the Best” issue. The Marquis Jet Card program was awarded the top honor based on the quality and ease of Marquis Jet Card ownership resulting from Marquis Jet’s exclusive access with NetJets® and the highly attractive value-added benefits available to Marquis Jet Card Owners. As stated in Robb Report, Marquis Jet founder and CEO Kenny Dichter explains a key reason why the company remains the magazine's number one choice: "We provide personal service to our Card Owners. We don’t even see ourselves as an aviation company; we're a hospitality company. When you buy a Marquis (Jet) Card, we’re going to learn everything about you…We're going to give you a completely customized experience." Marquis Jet's personal service has helped the company experience rapid growth and ongoing success since it was founded in 2001. Today, with about 4,000 active Card Owners, Dichter reports that the company’s customer retention rate exceeds 90 percent. Dichter says the Marquis Jet Card, sold in 25-hour increments of occupied hourly flight time, "keeps things simple" and "represents enough of a commitment from the Card Owner that we can make a strong service commitment back." Michael Schulze of Robb Report cites several Marquis Jet exclusive program benefits, including:
"The Robb Report is a definitive authority on global luxury, and affluent consumers value the publication as an essential resource,” said Ken Austin, EVP and Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at Marquis Jet. "We are thrilled to receive the 'Best of the Best' honor for the fifth straight year. It is a direct reflection of our unwavering attention to personal service and our exclusive alliance with NetJets, the global leader in private aviation."
