American businessman Bill Allard, President and CEO of Marquis Jet, has holed-in-one twice in the last two days of play at the Dunhill Links, a PGA European pro-am golf tournament taking place through the weekend in Scotland. Allard shot his first hole-in-one with a 7-iron from 165 yards on the 2nd Hole at Kingsbarns on Wednesday in his practice round; he shot his second on the 157 yard-8th Hole yesterday at Carnoustie in his first round yesterday.

One of the world’s most prestigious pro-am golf tournaments, the Dunhill Links Championship is played over three of Scotland’s top courses: The Old Course at St. Andrew’s, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns. The tournament concludes Sunday, September 28th. Allard, who is playing with Wales professional David Park, is currently twelve under par according to http://scoring.europeantour.com.

Allard, from Boston, Massachusetts, has never had a hole in one before in 15 years of playing golf. Commenting last night, Allard said,“When I phoned home to tell them about it, no one believed me.”
