The Marquis Jet Card program is unrivaled by any other jet membership program available because of its exclusive alliance with NetJets. NetJets provides Marquis Jet Card Owners guaranteed availability and consistent service on the highest quality fleet worldwide.View detailed description

AIRCRAFT, PILOTS AND OPERATIONS
The NetJets fleet, the overwhelming choice of Fortune 500 companies, has an average aircraft age of 5 years and the most highly trained pilots in the world, including 10 former Air Force One pilots. NetJets pilots attend recurrent training twice a year, and are dedicated to fly only one specific aircraft type. NetJets supports its aircraft and pilots with maintenance standards that exceed all manufacturer recommendations. In comparison, the average charter aircraft in the U.S., the aircraft pool available to charter based jet membership programs, is over 15 years old. This difference is noticeable not only in the lack of consistency in aircraft internal and external appearance, but also in the presence of mandated safety instrumentation and avionics at the pilots' disposal. Charter pilot experience, training levels and familiarity with the aircraft vary greatly; as does the supporting maintenance, operations and levels of insurance.
AVAILABILITY
Charter-based jet membership programs are limited regarding the availability and selection of aircraft because they typically have no assets, e.g. planes, of their own. Generally, there is no guarantee as to the particular aircraft being provided or its condition, or that any aircraft at all will be available at the time and location you wish to fly. With the Marquis Jet Card program Marquis Owners' have guaranteed access to over 750 aircraft owned and operated by NetJets. The Card ensures you will always get your specific aircraft type, or if you aircraft type is not available, be provided a comparable or larger aircraft, whenever you wish to fly. Charter-based jet membership programs' availability problems are exacerbated during peak travel days and seasons, as the supply of available aircraft dwindles because the aircraft are being used by their Owners and are not being made available to the charter market.
SELECTION
The majority of charter based jet membership programs limit your aircraft selection to a category - light, mid-size or large cabin - rather than to a specific aircraft type. The few programs that do allow you to request a specific aircraft type charge as much as a 50% premium to their regular price for this service. Moreover, jet membership programs always charge more per hour than it would cost you to charter the same aircraft yourself right out of the yellow pages. With the Marquis Jet Card program you have exclusive access to the NetJets fleet and the ability to select the specific aircraft type you wish to fly.
COST PREDICTABILITY
The Marquis Jet Card program provides Marquis Card Owners with cost predictability. Charter based jet membership programs will often include charges for minimum daily usage, catering and late cancellation fees. In addition, by charging a different hourly price for one-way versus round-trip itineraries, the jet membership programs are effectively charging you for dead-head, ferrying and positioning, without specifically itemizing the charges as such. Marquis Owners' taking the same trip a second or third time never have to worry about price fluctuation or surprise charges.
